Shortcut keys
So, it's about shortcut keys now!
I find them useful and use them to copy, paste, delete files without sending them to the recycle bin (I don't want to delete stuff twice) and some other stuff.
This week's favorites:
ççççççç[Ô.Ô] tsutopodus© will eat your manga and steal your cats!
'course.
I use them whenever I can.
Even using emails. Yahoo allows you to press "n" to compose new mail. It's so convenient!
Shift Delete is pretty useful. My recycle bin is always empty. I can't be asked to get rid of the file twice. What's the point?
Ctrl C and Ctrl V is most commonly used by me though. Right clicking, clicking copy, then right click again and clicking paste?
Naah!

I use them a lot though at times I forget they're there.
Same. I know most of the shortcuts but forget they're there when I really need them. It does save time, but I most only use the copy pasta one. XD
Ughh...why do I always fall for the Ctrl + F4 crap? __;;

I have to thank you again. It's been a while since I've had this much d**k on my computer. :'3
I'm too lazy to remember any shortcuts. I can't even remember the copy/pasta ones immediately. I think I use one or two in Microsoft word, but that's only to create a new page immediately or to let the previous line flow directly into the next.
(Seems Ctrl + F4 closes the tab, while
Alt one closes the entire application.)

I think you meant Alt + F4. (unless you think closing a tab accidentally is such a big deal)
At least you proved how forgetful you are. 🤣
As for me,
Lets just say, that if you used some of my netbooks or laptops, you wouldn't be able to do squat if you didn't know certain custom shortcut key combos.... I often configure them that way cos I hate touchpads/trackballs found on netbooks/laptops (the red nipple found on ThinkPads are the only exception)
As for the regular noob combos like Ctrl+C and Crtl+V .... I think anyone who uses a computer should be familiar with those, right? O_O

I'm with G-17, I learned shortcuts since I'm not a big fan of mouse-pads on laptops. The one I use the most by far is Alt+Tab, so damn useful when using multiple applications or have more than one window open. Ctrl+Tab is also useful for web browsers, especially with Tab Mix Plus add-on for firefox letting me Ctrl+Tab to the last tab I was on. Other useful ones were F5 (reload a page) and F6 (highlight browser URL bar letting me type in new URL).

I use stuff like ctrl+c/v, ctrl+t/w, alt+tab etc. all the time. And also for symbols like —, ♥ etc. (alt+num0151, alt+num3) pretty often.
Far-off places with sweet sounding names.

shift + delete is indeed pretty useful, until you make a mistake and realize that you just deleted something that you didn't mean to, and that is at least a huge inconvenience, but it could be catastrophic, like deleting a term paper when it's due tomorrow(it didn't happen to me, but to a friend of mine, I never seen someone so desperate in my entire life O.o)
the most that happened to me was deleting my entire download folder that, which took me a few moments of desperation to realize, by sheer luck didn't have anything important in it
so if you're fan of shift+delete, double check what you're deleting for sanity's sake XD
on a different note: SlickRun is a program that many of you might find useful, kinda hard to explain what it does, so just google it and you'll see.
It certainly saves me a lot of time, since it's way faster typing that searching for the damned shortcut

Yeah I do
I like to use, alt+F4, alt+tab, ctrl+F4, ctrl+tab, ctrl+c, ctrl+x, ctrl+v, ctrl+n, ctrl+f, shift+del, and of course ctrl+alt+del.
Mainly
ctrl+w,
copypasta,
undo, redo,
alt+tab,
ctrl+tab,
crtl+shift+esc. <Especially this to kill explorer.exe's
process tree. I have no use for such memory hogs.

I use shortcuts as much as possible, because they're so convenient that I love them to death. My brother taught me most of what I know, but I learned some by looking at Microsoft Word.
alt+F4
F5 (refresh)
F6 (highlight the url)
tab (jump from section to section for forms)
alt+tab/ ctrl+tab
alt+left/ alt+right (arrows) (so I go back or forward a page)
ctrl+t/ ctrl+n (create a new tab/window)
ctrl+f
copy/ paste
undo/ redo
alt+shift+delete
shift+delete
Oh, and I just learned ctrl+left or ctrl+right (arrow) so I can move the blinking line back or forward by one word. Then there's one of my favorite: (window's flag)+u+u to shut off my computer.
