No one will probably know this one but I can't remember the name of a manga about this guy who is riding a horse and a girl ends up getting a cut on her leg its revealed the guy has a disease. There is also another guy with long hair who gets together with a girl. The long haired guy also has a cousin who likes him but is together with a guy she doesnt like. I know in the last chapter the first guy get his ribs broken by his father and the girl finally sleeps with him.
