Looking for the name of a yaoi manga I read a while ago but I don't think it is that old.

The seme and uke are childhood friends and it takes them a while to confess their feelings and get the relationship going. When it happens the seme moves to study abroad (I think he plays soccer) but they try to keep together, and that's all I can remember. The uke is kind of feminine.

Please help!
