In your "ABOUT YOU" page you have Piracy and copyright infringement statement and you tell you page is about to inform people about the pieces that are being released to the public worldwide but why are you allowing "Translations groups" in the pages, that goes against international Piracy and Copyright Infringement about the work of each author and editors worldwide?

You should only allow the Official websites, translations groups and Piracy are super damaging to this industry and as website thay provides information you shouldn't allow this kind information. Its actual illegal.

If people like to pirate this kind of stuff. They should look for themselves and not find them so freely in a website like this. You website can close because of this.

Just allow the official plataforms, please. I really love plataform and I dont want it to be taken down because of this silly situation.

I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to link to any unofficial translations, so I don't see how any of this is illegal?

Users can add groups and updates, but if people choose to read those unofficial translations, they still have to go find them themselves, they're not direct linking to them.

I'd love to suggest blocking unofficial translations so you don't have to see them, but unfortunately even blocking a group doesn't hide their translation (or often more like "translation" with some of these shameless awful MTL groups) being visible to you on the series page, which imo is a pretty big annoyance, I'd love them to be gone from my sight and from my lists sorted by most recently updated.

You can still personally choose to ignore them and not support them and read only on the officials though, which is easier to do from this site anyway since they're directly linked on the series' pages.

Mangaupdates is basically a data catalog. And data for fan translations is more prominent than official license just so you're aware. If the fan translations are removed, the purpose of mangaupdates is obsolete....

There's nothing here that infringes on copyright laws of the publishers because mangaupdates isn't hosting images.....
