My memory is rubbish.

The story is about a younger brother that crossdresses for the older brother. The older brother is a mangaka and needs it for reverence. The younger brother really likes the assistent, but is afraid that when he finds out he's a guy, he might be mad. There is a part in the story when the Y brother goes shopping for ladys underwear and his wig flys away and the assistent is in a bear suit on the street and sees the whole thing. He even picks up the underwear.

There is also a story with the older brother: he sees the face of his crazy ex girlfriend on every girl and is afraid to ever date a woman again.
