A guy was in an abusive relationship, he left that guy and met a good guy and started dating but the abuser came back and I think he made him be with him, finally he left him again and went to the good guy's apartment and called him while outside, I think the good guy was with another man but he ran outside and they reconcile and stayed together.

It sounds like "Ha Kyung-Soo's Gentle Touch". Or rather, what you described is exactly the plot of this one, but perhaps the one you're looking for is another one.
