I'm looking for mangas that have great realistic artwork such as Gantz, Berserk, and Homunculus. My list is public if it helps any.

Hmm. I've never read it personally myself but I've heard the art is phenomenal.

Beck has fantastic art although it's a different kind (also different genre) from the ones you gave as an example.

Zetman has great art work

I highly reckon you to read Shindo Jun's Red eyes and several of Samura Hiroaki's works like Bradherley no Basha and Brigit's supper..
