Its a yaoi manga but i cant remember the name of it. It's about two guys and a woman with powers. These two guys happened to be in a same accident. The other saw a cat on a bridge and was going to help it and was going to fall and the other man saw him and tried to help him and grabbed his jacked but he was pulled along and both of them fell to the ground and the truck was coming and i think that's where she stopped the time. She locked both of them in a room with no windows, there's a door but it only appears when se comes to talk to them. She told them if they wanted their lives back they have to collect mens semens and she turned the uke in to a werewolf and the seme in to a vampire.
