To let you split the ratings of the mangas by the gender of the MU users that voted (obviously the users without a gender are out of those additional graphs)

For example in your user settings, you click witch graphs you want to see (normal, male, female). Or to be shown as a link inside the manga info page (like the voting of categories) that shows-hides the graphs.

As a bonus if this goes into development, in the future to add a rating filter by age gap, for example "show the rating graph of males within an age from 22 to 30 years of age"
