Many years ago, I read a manga. A yaoi one !
I don't remember the name of it but I remember partially one scene ^^'.

The scene :

• was a sex scene
• was maybe in school (because I remember that the 2 character are wearing uniforms)

Beetween the uke and the seme :

• the seme loved someone else
• but the uke loved the seme AND he BLINDFOLD him(the seme), he told him to call the name of the one he loved in the act too !
• the uke is the one "attacking" the seme^^'

So:
It's a story about a guy1 (the "uke") who loves a guy2 (the "seme") who likes a guy3 ^^'
2 wants 3 but, for what I remember, he can't tell him
1 found out about 2's feelings
and then 1 is on 2 siting on the floor (in uniforms, I think), 1 tells to 2 that he knows 2's feelings about 3, and when 1 blindfold 2 (with a necktie, I think), 1 tells 2 that 2 can think of 3 when they are doing it

But I don't remembere how it ends 😢 😢 😢

  BUT I didn't find anything !

Possibly Junjou Romantica? It has one scene like this but it isn't in school...

It's not this one, it's a manga in one volume (sorry I didn't say it sooner)

(Because I remember reading something like that, but it was a part of a book, yes, but it was a oneshot)

I looked for "Blindfold" and "Substitute Lover" and only one Yaoi title came up in the search engine: Kare no Shousou to Koi ni Tsuite. Based on the description and tags it doesn't seem to be the one you're looking for, to be honest. Anyway, maybe it interests you still.

Oh, if it helps someone to find it: the "first story" is the one I discribe earlier
And the cecond one is that the character who don't find is "real lover" will find it in an "other story". (So, in the end, it ends beautifuly for all of them)
