Ok. So basically, I wanted to make some cookies. I wanted to make simple, quick cookies for individual pizookies. If you could also include whether sugar cookies or chocolate chip cookies would be better for this, please let me know.

I would say sugar cookies are better, because they're more of a "blank crust" for adding toppings. If you go with chocolate chip, then you've already got chocolate in there...

And, I have to say it, neither mix nor refrigerated dough will taste anywhere near as good as home made from scratch using real butter (NO margarine allowed!). 🤣

I voted for refrigerated but I almost completely forgot about no-bake cookies.
