Hello! I have a scene stuck in my head but I can't remember which manga it belongs to. Can you help me?

There's this originally straight guy who worries about his boyfriend's future: about what society/his partner's co-workers/family will think about them being in a gay relationship. I think he even considers breaking up... the usual drama. But then his partner tells him, "Okay did you forget that, unlike you, I was gay to begin with? So what's the use in breaking up anyway?", or something like that. (It doesn't sound so funny when I explain it but I laughed back then.)

Sorry I don't remember anything else, I've been wracking my brain but that's all I have. Do any of you know where's it from?

Thanks a lot!

This is probably not it (especially since you say you laugh) but there's a similar situation in Hatsukoi no Atosaki. For instance:

the boyfriend doesn't say he's gay to begin with but when they meet again later on he says "see, I still like men so I'm not normal like you" something like that.

There's definitely the drama about one of them being originally straight and worrying about the future, though.

Thanks for your reply. I have read Hatsukoi no Atosaki a couple of times and it's true that it's similar, but nope, it's not that one. 🙁

The point of the scene I remember is that, after getting together, he worried so much that he kinda forgot that his partner was gay from the start (or maybe he didn't forgot but he didn't realize it even though it was obvious). I say I laughed but it's more like I found it amusing. I thought it was refreshing to have all the drama resolved with an "oh stop worrying you drama queen" instead of the typical break-up-and-get-back-together. Oh and they most definitely didn't use the same words I'm saying, those are just the general idea of what I remember happened.

Thinking about it, I get the feeling that the manga wasn't set in high school and that they were working already, and that it probably wasn't that long (maybe one volume?). Not really sure, though... I also have this image of the main character (the originally straight one) being black-haired and the other one having short and spiky light hair, but this probably doesn't help that much... ^^U

Do you remember which character was originally straight, the uke or the seme? There are tags you can search through Straight Uke and Straight Seme. These might be helpful!
