It's not harmless. First of all, she's 'using' her body as a tool in a deragotary way. Second of all, she's being manipulative. Leading her 'prey' on. Especially if she does that alot with a certain person. Said person will then think she has interest in him, while it's completely the opposite.

I am a guy and I don't even have an urge to tell about my feelings

I just do not find it necessary at all and what comes to me, I couldn't
care less for the social norms.
In fact, I barely feel such things as emotions.

It's not so much "caring about social norms" as how kids are programmed by parents & society from birth. Even though you don't care now, you've (probably) had certain behaviors accepted or not accepted from the time you were very small - so much so that what feels like a natural part of your personality could well have been formed (at least partly) by the world/people around you.

But then there's also the FACT that male & female humans are just different from each other, so part of it is probably that difference. 😃

well it all depends really..as for me I see NOTHING wrong with it..I think I have said this before: I have a kind of twisted sense of morality.
if the guy seems like he will get all free-touchy I will probably not do it since I like to be respected (remember I can kick ass if needed)

But I have showed a little leg while sitting down and pretent that they are not gawking or if I need a favor I will stand really close and pretent that we are not touching while asking prettily for what I need.....like some one says guys use what God gave them and we use that too!
but remember that does mean that brains don't come into play since we are coldly thinking about seducting of the poor soul 😛

It's not completely "nurture" though, there's also a fair amount of "nature" involved.

Even parents who try VERY hard not to enforce societal norms on their kids will tell you that boys tend to naturally do "boy" things (play rowdy, interested in trucks & machines, etc.) while girls tend to naturally do "girl" things (play more quietly, like babies/dolls, etc.) even when all types of activities are offered & acceptable. Of course there are exceptions, but generally, overall, it does hold true. (Have you heard the old joke, "give a little boy a baby doll, and pretty soon he'll be using it like a hammer; give a little girl a hammer, and pretty soon she'll be using it like a baby doll"? 🤣 )

Males & females are genetically different; they have different types/levels of hormones in their bodies (and definitely not just during & after puberty!); they're just different from each other. That's not to say either is "better" or that there's no way they can understand each other, though. 😃
