A question for general: any thought about having a bf and a gf at the same time?

Well for me, maybe not at the same time... Yeah, like Tofu, I'm not really into three-person relationships. But I have wondered what it'd be like to date a girl... And then didn't go further into it because I remembered my friends made really emotional girlfriends... ._.

Umm, I'm to lazy to get one partner, so it'd be a huge hassle finding another. Especially another guy. I don't even know where to look, and if any are around me they're in a denial stage.

If I found a girlfriend, and she had a girlfriend, I think I wouldn't be able to take it. I'd have to worry about why she needed another partner, or if she only wanted me because of my extra appendage and didn't care about my personality. I'd freak out from worry.

Quote from CapnSamwise

This one is for the ladies:

Facial hair. Thoughts? What about that "I'm a badass and haven't shaved in three days" look?

It only works if you look good.

Hey, I got a question, if you have a bf and you two are getting close, would you ask him to get tested first before you get intimate?
yeah...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qw3_nUUeyQ4

OK now Im totaly loss..what do you mean by "wow I was right" somehow its kind of suspisious when some says that..should I be worry?

anyways, I don't know it all depends....I guess I would ask for a condon but I don't know since I haven't been on that possion but I guss I will decide when the moment comes
😁

DO IT! NOW, MAGGOT!

But I've never done anything!

It's not even an option. Get them tested, or get a new guy. Simple as that.

Easy to say, but then you get into all sorts of socio-cultural religious issues that make it an annoying question. (Basically, if he's doing what he's supposed to, this shouldn't be a question.) That being said, in my defense I'm not exactly the trusting type, so I would get the guy tested-but it'd be an interesting conversation 'cause I want to marry into a religion where you're not supposed to even touch* members of the opposite sex before marriage.

*Of course there are a lot of people who don't end up following that particular rule, but that's a different issue and adds a very different (important) dimension to the discussion.

You ask a guy to get tested before getting intimate, he'll get pissed and say you don't love him and don't want to get comfy or some other trash.

And a lot of girls will be stupid enough to believe whatever he's saying, or want him enough to not mind, Then there's also the question of a quick hook up-you're really gonna get a one night stand tested? Condoms and other protection, while not foolproof, works pretty well, and I think a lot of people are comfortable with hiding behind that safety net until the relationship gets really serious.

I've found both genders to be equally horrible, but boys to be more straightforward about it for the most part-but that just may be 'cause most boys I know treat me like a boy.

If you're old enough to be sexually active, you're old enough to not let social and cultural mores get in the way of your health.

The reason that STDs are so pervasive and such a threat, is because people let stupid things like "socio-cultural religious issues" get in the way of THEIR OWN HEALTH. This is not even an issue.

If it's such a big issue, don't have sex. There are plenty of things that you can do with your SO that don't involve mucus membrane contact.

This whole issue is ridiculous.

CapnSamwise, as a college student, I think you would be a little bit more mature and understanding about different people and their culture. You can't force these people to go against their belief and religion. Even in Star Trek, the Federation have something called the Prime Directive which prevents then from having any interaction with an pre-warp culture. Even if they have to watch the demise of a whole planet and do nothing. All we can do is wait, as time pass, little by little people will change for the better.

Umm, lets get back to questions.

Have you ever found out that someone you have a crush on is gay? If so, was it advantageous or disadvantageous?

Twice <3

Hm, just a crush, I don't care about their preference. Actually, I think it made them a bit hotter. I like things I can never have 😀

Right, other cultures can munch my taint and Star Trek sucks ass.

We're not talking about the sort of cultures where promiscuous women get stoned to death in public, we're talking about America. Or possibly Canada, I forget who it is I'm yelling at and where they live.

There are parts of America that, yes, are mired in ignorance and need to be dragged, kicking and screaming, into the twentieth century. This is true of every human culture on Earth, of every epoch in human history.

It's been one collective move from agrarian inequality to industrial equality. While it's nice to imagine that there are still pre-WWI villages where everyone's equal and dances all the time (shut up I am watching Willow at the minute) that's not the case.

Basically what I am saying is that cultural inequality isn't going to be rectified unless we challenge traditional ideas of sexuality and gender roles. One of the ways we do this is by engaging in safe sexual practices without shame or consideration of what the older generation thinks.

Go, get yourself tested, because in the end, what matters more, what a bunch of small-minded bigots think, or your health?

This should not be an issue.

Ladies: Why the obsession with gay guys?

because gay ones are so much more emotional and sensitive and they know women more mentally. Plus, some are kind of hot.

I would never have both a boyfriend and a girlfriend, but I'd be okay if my girlfriend had a girlfriend.
