Masturbation isn't used to sexually arouse yourself -well it can be, but in the sense of what he's speaking of- it's used to get yourself off - to relieve that sexual arousal aka orgasm.

I can't give you exact number cause it's not like I count how many times, but we'll say, at least 7 times a week. Though, that's not saying I do it once a day... sometimes I like to go for those two-fers. Though in account of stressful weeks... that number can definitely be higher...
