Hi guys,
I am trying to find this manga that i have read about 15 years ago. The only thing i can remember about it was that its about a gentleman thief and the story is set in europe (i think as the characters all have anglo names). The main character is

  • rich, and steals from the rich for fun.
  • he always leaves a signiture card or calling card after each job.
  • he likes to disguise himself while he steals
-In the first chapter he encounter a teenager thief who was trying to steal a necklace for hes dead uncle/father. This gentleman thief ended up stealing the jewel for the teenager.
  • In the later chapters it is revealed that this gentleman thief (when he was a teenager) was adopted by some rich guy who caught him stealing a necklace from a lady.

I remember reading this manga and loved it however i never had the chance to finish the whole thing. If any one might know anything about this manga, please post !THankx! 😃

Magic Kaitou?

Though I haven't read that, "Gentleman Thief" makes me think of it..

Or Lupin the 3rd?

Hi Dragon, no unfortunately 🙁 . The characters have anglo names so im guessing the story is set in europe or america. I have a feeling its europe though cause all the characters and the buildings were very european-like.

hmm... in the beginning, I was thinking 20 Mensou ni Onegai, by CLAMP. but that was a very random first guess. and it's probably a completely erroneous guess. i think the setting is japan. -sigh- at least you have more input?

good luck!
