I think Houjou Urara No Renai Shousetsu O Kaki Nasai! Is a really cute manga. It’s about a rich girl who’s a fan of a boy but doesn’t know how to say it or show how she feels and ends up somehow threatening him into writing a romance novel for her. He then mistakes her for a bully (which she kinda is, but accidentally)

I don’t think it’s a relatively popular manga and I haven’t been able to read past chapter 8.
