I'm curious, is there a manga series out there with a similia look, story, or feel to the 2008 anime series, Kaiba?

I suppose what I'm looking for the most is a mature series with heavier themes with a chipper art style that looks out of a Tezuka manga. Though I can still do with a similar story to Kaiba without the art.

Sorry to reply to such an old thread. If you're still interested, I think you might like Rojica to Rakkasei. It's about a young human girl being raised by creatures in a post apocalyptic world. She's not very aware of what's going on so the darker elements are kind of lurking in the background until later on. It has an interesting art style, with cute characters and highly rendered backgrounds. (Not particularly Tezuka-esque though.) It's one of my favorites, I highly recommend it. ^^
