Hi! I'm looking for a yaoi manga. I'm pretty sure I got the gist of the story right, or at least chapter 1 is pretty spot on. I just forgot its title and wanted to read it again.

It's about a shared house, it's cheap because the lanlord likes ikemen / bishounen guys. So the uke is this black haired all buff, and doesn't think he fits what the landlord wants but turns out he's the landlord type so there he lives.

Then another tenant, a super rich af sadist meets the uke, at first thinking he's the rentboy he ordered, took the uke to the bathroom and proceeds to have sex. Turns out nope, he's not the rentboy, introduces themselves and stuffs.

Next chapter uke goes job hunting, his suit is lost during the move, seme saves the day by bringing him to a suit tailor and proceeds to give the expensive suit to the uke. And I think uke thanked him by accompanying seme to a fancy candlelight dinner then they proceeds for sex.

What I described was chapter 3-4ish, and the last few chapters was mostly cue the feelings and drama that uke realizes he likes seme and stuffs.

I think I read it in MRM though. I'm currently scrolling through the Bara section too but eh, I'm pretty sure it's a bit old, I don't think I can handle searching the section per page, finding it in a sort of 100-200ish page.
