I kind of still do (though my friends laugh at me for saying so ;D).
I loved airplanes back then...'guess it's 'cause whenever we went on one, it meant we were going someplace fun (i.e. vacation). 🤣

An Artist! But then I realized that I can't paint or draw to save my life, and that art is pretty and all, but I didn't really care about it. I only wanted to be an artists really because I liked playing with all the colors and wanted to wear the french hats.

I could never pay attention to anything for very long, so....
for a few weeks (each) it was a vet, astronaut, painter, sculptor, actor, singer, rock star, race car driver, pilot, etc.
When I hit middle school, and from then on, I wanted to be James Bond. Sean Connery era of course. Honestly, I still want to be James Bond...I don't want to hear anything about it, ok? It will happen.

I remember wanting to be a....princess. lol. every little girl's dream, isn't it? 😉 Though I've considered 'princess' as 'ruling the world with my tyrrany' 🙄 haha
Though through the years, it's nurse, teacher, model, fashion designer, business mogul, architect, secret agent 😎 , and now it's doctor. But I'm considering engineer a lot lately. 😐
I believe that our childhood 'want to be's' rarely come true 😢 I remember a friend who wanted to be a surgeon, ended up being a fashion model. 🤨 🙁

An architect. You work on your own terms. It's creative work. Once you get paid for a project, you get tons of money and can go and have half a year vacation.

At ages <10, I wanted to be a lawyer, partly because my mother kept saying that lawyers made good money. The other part was because I thought it would be cool to argue as a job.
At ages 10-13, I wanted to be an FBI/CSI agent because of all those tv shows about them. I was influenced by TV waaayy too much.
Now I don't know what to do with my life. I'm thinking about graphical design, or something working with computers, even though I don't know how to program worth my life.

When I was extremely small I wanted to be a private investigator. I still sort of think it would be an interesting thing to do, even if 99% of it is tracking down lost cats and stalking cheating spouses.
Of course, I'd really end up just being another writer playing the Bored to Death game.

When I was little I wanted to be a scientist, specifically someone who studies the stars (I think that'd be an astrophysicist) or a biologist/ researcher. But now I'm in a field that I hated as a kid, which is very ironic. (History)
