Just finished watching it and I got to say - I was blown away. Not only by the but also by the concept and storyline. Yesterday I watched Appleseed- Ex Machina and for me Vexille really provided some answers to issues in Appleseed. What issues, I guess I will leave it up to you all to find out on your own. 🙂
So what did you guys/gals who fell about it ?

Not really interested.... didn't like Appleseed one bit, so I doubt I'd enjoy this one either.... sorry

eh it was so so
i was nervous at first it was big & long & went straight up i had to try it i eased onto it & liked it! i went up & down on it.... i love escalators now! 😀

i watched it today too <3 it was heaps good <3 the graphics blew me away...pity maria died, i swear vexille wouldnt mind sharing leon with maria too lol, the ending was very sad ><;

When I first saw it a while back I categorized it as a less-demented Bioshock.
Concept was good, but due to the nature of the animation they couldn't afford to extend the movie to cover plotholes/go into a bit more character development. Granted it did extremely well in those departments considering the length and disposition of the film.

I think Vexille CGs is slightly better than Appleseed, but Appleseed Ex-Machina is far more superior. The story is not very interesting compare to both Appleseed movies. Appleseed Ex-Machina is the best for me, and you dont need to see the first movie to see this one, its a standalone movie (I think). 😉
Just to remind all of you, if you want to see the Ex Machina movie, DONT ever watch the downscale/medium quality such as from Blitz or RAX cause you wont get the real beauty of the graphic/CGs. Get the HD one (THORAnime). 😃
