In this poll by nowyat, choose an honorific you would like to be addressed as. There are more honorifics, but I'm limiting it to these. (Hey man, the poll is just for fun!)
You can discuss this poll on our forums here:

My surprise is that cats beat dogs by so much... I thought it'd be more even!

I won't settle for anything less than -dono or -sama. 😛

personally I'm okey with everything but "chan" even though I'm a girl. To me, the word chan seem too cutesy or looking down on the person. it should only be use by "very" close peer/friend and family. Having someone I'm not close with calling me chan just give me the creeps. xD

Love this poll. :3 I picked kun, because I'm a bro. And people call me "bro." And my host family called me -kun.

every two days, i was addressed with -senpai honorific. because i'm a senpai in some japanese art study group. even if i'm out of dojo, my kouhai(s) still called me with -senpai addition, whether when we talked face to face, or over the phone. you jelly, weaboo?

What honorofic you would prefer to be addressed with depends totally on who would be addressing you with it. I would have answered the poll if that had been made clear.

I know. I didn't really get it. Doesn't it depend on who you're talking to? I mean, it'd be weird if my dad called me "-sama" and my niece, "-chan".

yes indeed its a bit vague. honorific depend on conversation partner. however, please take a look at sarablack's comment. he want to be viewed as a bro by everyone he know. or at least, everyone he consider important. this is (i think) how the poll is intended = for fun!

How nice! Being called "senpai" by my cute underclassmen would be a dream come true for me. But alas... 🙂

Hmm, I wonder why they use "Sempai" as a translation instead of the correct "Senpai"? There's no stand alone M's in Japanese phonetics, just N's.
