I'm looking for a series where the main character, a girl, falls in love with her older brother's male friend. Maybe older cousin could work as well, lol.

In other words, a romance with an age-gap, and also kind of an awkward romance because its her brother's friend and all.
I want a series where they actually get together at some point please, unlike in Cardcaptor Sakura for example.

I remember there was a story, a oneshot, I think, about a girl who liked her older brother's friend. However, he just saw her as a pet (like a dog, sort of). I think it was in a one-shot volume.

The guy had dark hair and glasses, I think. He was kind of the calm, quiet guy while her older brother and the rest of his friends were rowdier. They were in college. He would pet her and his vision of her was as a dog.
