Please help! I read this manga a few years so the details are a little bit fuzzy.

It's about a guy who has an unrequited love with his childhood friend but he got together with another friend of theirs?
All I remember was that in the last scene, the friends where at a bar and the childhood friend found out about their relationship because of a scar on his thigh/knee?
