There are two versions of this one. One is the inverse, pretending to be strong but is weak.

Might want to try Weak to Strong or Deceptively Weak-Looking Protagonist.

P.S. Kang hae hyo doesn't actually pretend to be weak he had amnesia from being hit by a truck. 🤣
