Actually, I agree with that, too... It's just that it's not really a viable pairing when I'm so obsessive over Naruto and Sasuke together, so Lee's the second best option that I can see (Translation: You can see the pairing if you look close enough [further translation: so close you have to squint] in the manga/anime, and it's leads to amusing situations/interactions). But if Sasuke isn't in the picture, NaruGaa/GaaNaru > GaaLee. I just don't really understand GaaNeji. I'm quite obsessive over keeping pairings at least somewhat canon, and since the two never really interact with each other, I just have a hard time seeing it.

But I find it depressing that Kankurou NEVER gets any love. The only person that isn't part of his family that I've seen him paired with was Tenten, and I really don't get that at all. ._.

Seriously, though, I have a frickin' LIST of pairings that I approve of, but I have a feeling that the list would not be welcomed. ><;;;;;

And now for a completely (or at least slightly) unrelated question: Why is it that no one outside of the fanfiction community seems to know what "smut" is? ._. I thought it was a relatively familiar term, but when I use it around my friends, they're clueless.

@xObscurexOmenx: It's prolly the purple face paint and kitty ears hoodie 😛 kidding! I've seen a Sakura x Kankurou pair somehwere before. I can see why people go for Gaara x Lee, but I find it funny. One doesn't have eyebrows and the other is rich with it.

Sai doesn't know what he's talking about, he's the most clueless person on the planet. And the only gay pairing that Kishi has implied so far is Sasuke x Sai when Konohamaru tried to scare Sakura.

It's debatable but there's also Zabuza and Haku.

Zabuza and Haku are both dead, so we probably shouldn't be too concerned with them. Their relationship was probably more of a father-son thing.

Speaking of which, I've always disapproved of Naruto x Sasuke because they're meant to be brothers. Naruto is more of a surrogate brother in place of Itachi, someone who actually acts like family to Sasuke.

But yea, I agree with you on Naruto and Sasuke. I thought it was cute at the beginning of the series (after the accidental kiss), but I pretty much prefer them (mostly just Naruto) to be straight. I love their deep friendship and all that brotherly love.
