I’m looking for an old manga that focused on a male student council president that is overpower annd misunderstood. and made friends with other students from other clubs. They have games together and action and comedy. It came out before 2003. I remember it being funny and have some fight scene. Please help! 😔

Sadly it's not! I remembered some characters have droopy eyes similar to fire force and soul eater but I couldn't find anything under the author. I remember they're all good at fighting and story line is pretty comedic
