And Kabuto wants to join Akatsuki. That was somewhat...predictable.
And how the hell did he get Nagato's body? Did he kill Konan off-screen or something?

This chapter actually renewed my interest in Naruto. It actually seems to be getting exciting now, what with the whole Kabuto and Madara alliance and the seal possibly being broken.
Also, isn't Hidan supposed to be immortal, even with a severed head? How was Kabuto able to summon him if he is still alive?

Where do you see Hidan? I see Nagato, Kakuzu, Deidara, Sasori, and someone else that looks like either the 1st Hokage or Itachi.

Yeah your right hidan isnt there also that last one I think is Itachi but without sharingan eyes. So he must be blind. The 1st and 2nd Hokage still had their personalities but no will so that means that Itachi may be able to speak to Naruto while he fights him. Also I think that "that" technique is the power to summon the other half of the kyubi.
Also loosecannon remamber supossedly Mandara killed konan and took his eyes already so he'll be like itachi. Blind.

The chapters have started getting better by the week; this one was no exception! I really enjoyed this... And Kabuto seems to be in perfect control of his new abilities. Looking forward to the next chapter~ 🤣

Oh no, Konan is the woman that was with Nagato that used those paper jutsu.
And if I remember correctly, Madara said that he needs to go and steal the Rinnengan, so he hasn't done it yet (Well, unless he did it off-screen during the Kage Summit.)

I thought edo tensei was just summoning the soul and using a human "sacrifice" as a body. So he wouldn't need direct access to the bodies.
I expect Naruto to refuse to release the seal, but I've been wrong before. It makes no sense for him to release the kyuubi if he has no control over it, which seems to be the current case.

Well, the Great Elder frog said that Naruto would meet an Octopus, which is most likely Killer Bee, considering he is the 8 tail Jinchuriki. And if he meets him, I'm sure that Killer Bee will teach him how to control the Kyuubi.

True. I can see Naruto learning how to control the kyuubi chakra, but I don't see Bee having any advice on how to stop the kyuubi from just going berserk and just destroying a village or two. The hachibi seems to help Bee out of its own free will. Outside of maybe helping to stop Madara (who the kyuubi seems to have some type of grudge against), the kyuubi hasn't shown any evidence that he'd be nearly as cooperative as his 8 tail counterpart.

Good chapter!
I really want to see Naruto release that seal. But at the same time, he might say something like, "I want to defeat Sasuke with my own powers." But then again, Kishimoto always tends to one-up us, so we won't be so sure until next week.
I wonder what Kabuto's plan is? Joining forces with Madara.. ______

Kishimoto tries to get all literary on us this chapter and focuses most of the action around a common theme: people stuffing their faces.
Kabuto joining up with Akatsuki isn't necessarily surprising, but I groaned when he pulled out the zombies. We've seen all these characters get defeated before. We have to watch it happen again? (Look guys! Sasori is back! I know I'm looking forward to a rematch between him and Sakura!) But I suppose the entire ninja world can't declare war on what's left of Akatsuki (4 people?!), so Kishimoto decided reinforcements had to be brought in somehow. XD

This is a good question. But for that matter, how did he get Itachi's since, presumably, Madara had just used it for Sasuke's surgery. He went and sneaked it out of the Akatsuki morgue? And speaking of, what will Sasuke's reaction be to seeing his brother's zombie corpse? I'd be pissed, and I don't have Sasuke's anger management issues.
