I'd play something like WOW druid - the one that can do all the roles.

What's DPS?

The last thing i would be part in is Sword Art Online... Let´s stick to real franchises and i tried out The Secret World recently due to the writer, it was alright.
DPS aka. Damage Per Second is my choice. Tank is very viable too. I am a solo and offline RPG player though. Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE is currently on my plate.

I also read EU/US comics and am a librarian.

Nothing beats a support that can solo and even DPS somehow, like WoW's shaman. Best class ever, seriously.

I usually play economy classes that craft items and make money. Crafters, alchemists, miners, whatever.

It really depends on the MMO, but I tend to play ranged DPS more often than not. Either that, or I'm the one that tends to be off in their own little world grinding flowers and mining.

I'm always into Crowd Control.

@toshirodragon - DPS is just what lambchopsil said. Rangers/Archers, Mages(like Wizard, Warlock etc) are normally DPS in your regular MMORPGs. Some times tanks(with good attack) act as DPS too, if there is a good healer.

If we're talking real life, the obvious answer is healer.
I'm not a violent person, so really I'd just want the ability to heal myself and others.

Normally I don't go healer in these games, though. 🤣
