Does anyone know the name of the manga this is from?

This is the best description I can give. It's three people in a bathroom(two boys and a girl). the two boys look suprised because the girl is using the urinal. their pants and skirt are plaid. she has curlyish hair, one boy has a headband, and the other has black hair. the bottom of the page says "end of third cheer"

the fact that the chapter seems to be referred as a "cheer" should tell you that the manga is probably about cheerleader. i dont know what it is but i think that will point you in the right direction. sorry
