It was a kind of action manga i found long ago and i wanna re-read about it again

The main character is a cook who is recruted into a hotel (where theres a lots of mafias) maybe? As soon as he enters the town he got into some kind of trouble while grilling sausages. And then the hotel's member find him after he beat up the gansters and bring him to his work-place. ( telling him that the others cooks quit or are dead so he has to work alone )

The protagonist looks like a naive man but he really can fight. Theres a scene where there was a client coming to eat and then suddenly another person breaks the glasses to aim for this man's life with a gun. Innocently, the protag just wander into the room and serve the food lol. I think the scene went like this maybe i remember it wrong?

Moreover, in his backstory, it seems like he was raised by an assassin. When he cooks, his daddy is always happy so he starts to love cooking. And theres also something about his dad saying that he wants to eat boar hot pot? But the meat was send to his house after the assassin died? So the boy is left alone and he works under a kind chef who looks after him (making him an apprentice )

While thinking about his past, hearing the rain outside, the protagonist was lonely and scared to be left again (just because the other members went to do some businesses outside). And then the hotel's owner came to confort him saying they wont go anyway (kind of shounen-ai vible lol)
