Most of the sites I once used to visit, like Manga Academy, and Manga University, has long been either discontinuing their services, or just in hiatus, and I don't know any other sites that share the same enthusiasm as they used to. Their forums, once filled with comments and questions, are now invaded by annoying bots, and rendered the sites unusable. Other than Deviant Art, there are no other sites with active forums involving the subject.

Is there any other sites that are still active with submitted artwork?

Pixiv is quite popular in Japan.

Hmmm, other than DeviantArt, there is anipan. Though I'm more active in dA...

My art doesn't really stand out, but it'd be nice to receive opinions in order to get better. I even start using a tablet to make new kinds of drawings.

Just checked it a while ago.. it's pretty cool since you have your own style of drawing.. and I can see how you keep getting better and better. 😀
