Looking for a shounen ai manga about a rich kid who was lonely so he sent a balloon into the sky with his name and such on it. A black haired country side boy receives it and they communicate to one another. In the future they meet and I can't remember anything more than that.

it's only briefly mentioned at ch 1 that the uke found the balloon stuck on a tree, and read the letter that the seme sent.
