I stopped watching anime cause reading is faster. But these days I've stopped reading manga and have just been reading light novels... Or Chinese novels (translated)

I don't remember when was the last time i watched anime... Definitely before covid... I mostly read webtoons lately actually... Still qualifies as manwha by standards of this website...

Dunno. It varies. I think I generally tend more towards manga? With an increasing amount of it, being raw.

I read manga and equivalents more consistently, but every once in a while I go on an anime binges. Not sure which one I really spend more time. Generally manga, I guess, but this year has been an anime binge year so it might be a bit different from my usual.

I'm curious what the people that don't read manga at all are doing here. For the light novels?

More manga, faster and usually closer to source, with some anime to close the day. Around 2 episodes per day on average?

I read way more manga and often don't watch anime for months at a time, since I usually like the art and pacing in manga better. If I get really obsessed with an anime I'll binge it though... Unfortunately I have a tendency to watch most of the series then forget all about it before finishing.

It's bin a while since I last watched any anime. Last thing i watched was Delicious in Dungeon with my sister and it took as like 2 months. i do want to get back to watching anime tho.

Manga is faster to read, and usually closer to the source material than the anime, so I'm basically only a manga or novel reader nowadays. And while I own a few anime from back when I used to watch anime (4 different anime total) I won't count them since I don't watch them with any consistency.

With that said, the space mercenary story is getting an anime in the future, so I'll probably watch just that one to see how they adapt it.

Depends on mood xd sometimes it's mostly/only anime, sometimes mostly/only webtoons/manga, sometimes it's 1month period and sometimes it's even one year period

Hmmm... There was a time I would have said manga won hands down, but now it might be closer to 50/50. I am definitely more selective about what I read than what I watch. Though I prefer reading.

I've never really been able to sit still for movies or shows (excluding documentaries — I miss the days the History and Discovery channels showed things other than reality-TV). I used to watch anime more than I do (it was never as frequent as reading), but now it's basically once in a blue moon, sort of. I think the last time I watched any anime was over five years ago now…

Well, part of that is the fact that I prefer to enjoy stories in their original format. (Most animes are adaptations, after all.)
