I thought it was interesting that the fourth mentions only half of the Nine-Tails chakra is sealed in Naruto. Anyone have any thoughts on where the rest is? Could this also have something do with Naruto not being able to control his beast like the other hosts we have seen? Also how much stronger is the Nine-Tails compared to the other tailed beasts? It just seems like the Nine-Tails power we have seen is equal to or greater than any of the other tailed-beasts and that's only half of its chakra. Anyway thought it would be interesting to read others thoughts on this.

Remember that frog key and scroll, what were they about again, was it for the Frog-fu thing or was it something else? I can't remember...help!

My bad, it was several chapters ago so it didn't occure to me that it would be a spoiler.
The frog key/scroll seems to be for the seal on Naruto. The only time I remember it coming up is chapter 370.

Well one thing that was mentioned at one time was that the fox had 2 types of chakra, the Yin and Yang chakra, and they said that the yang chakra was sealed inside Naruto's body while the other half was at his disposal.

Nah, he can control the kyuubi because he is from the Uchiha Clan.

I think the remaining chakra must be unsealed using the frog scroll Erosennin mentioned while fighting with Pain.
