Title: Shojo Beat's Manga Artist Academy
by Hiroyuki Ilzuka and Amu Sumoto

This manga is truly a gem. It's a comedic "how to become a mangaka" manga starring a little panda with big dreams.
She meets a bunch of well-known mangaka who teach her about drawing, panel layouts, storytelling, screen tones, and so so much more!

Features artwork and lessons from:
Shoko Akira, Yukiko Iisaka, Miyuki Kitagawa, Mayu Shinjo, Chie Shinohara, Emiko Sugi, Rie Takada, Masami Takeuchi and Yuu Watase

The English translation was released in 2006, but it's been discontinued for a long time.
I can't find a scan of it anywhere, translated or not!

There are used copies on Amazon. If this search doesn't lead anywhere I'll buy one of those and perhaps scan it in myself!

PLEASE share any information or suggestions that could help me find this manga! I know it's worth the search because I read it a long long time ago from the library (they don't have the book anymore).
