Hai so im looking for manga that fit or are similar to one of these two categories:
-
Something similar to Shikeishuu 042, i just love the character design of the mc for this one and i find it adorable how him, an emotionless killer slowly gains different feelings, its fine if the mc in the manga you suggest doesn't completely change and still has no problem with killing(in fact i think those types of characters are pretty awesome 😃 ).

A really intelligent mc and id like him to be involved in some kind of game or occupation where manipulation is involved, for example a gambler or con artist(iv already read Hammer Session! and i loved it but unfortunately new chapters have stopped coming out), anything where the mc manipulates others is fine and i enjoy it when they're not a wimpy generic mc, i really despise these guys because i normally prefer the "dark" or "cold" kind of character.
Ok thats about it, please only male main characters and im sorta picky when it comes to character design, as i mentioned before i love Shikeisyu 042's design as well as Tokuchi out ofOne Outs(Though i prefer how he looks in the anime). Other than that im fine with any genre, thanks in advance to any suggestions 😀

for 2 you could try
Tobaku Mokushiroku Kaiji he is not to bright is street smart though and involves gambling
Liar Game intelligent mc conman in manipulation game
Tobaku Haouden Rei is another intelligent mc involved in a game. it is more about problem solving than manipulation though
Gamble Fish its similar to the kaiji (a couple notches bellow imho)
Kurosagi - The Black Swindler for con artist
Ookiku Furikabutte if you dont mind sports. the catcher is quite the manipulative little bugger
for 1 maybe

Remote might not fit (they solve murders, think bone collector style) but the emotionless dude does get some character progression
Getenrou might not really be what you want but at 1 volume its worth a try
Jiraishin for a coldhearted mc
then there is also Freesia sketchy art. mostly emotionless, borderline insane mc who has no problem with killing. very dark manga
Koroshiya 1 might not fit. mc does get minimal character growth, has no problem killing. very dark, very violent manga

I don’t know how I found this but you should try Ana No Mujina he’s a genius conman. Got me hooked even though I don’t really read episodic stories.(I loved hammer session)
Warning though tho: it’s been on hiatus for years now ;w; still really good.

I don't know what to say, but I honestly don't know how i found this forum post XD I also didn't know the account wasn't active. It's like when you're looking up an anime character you forgot the name of, and suddenly you're 2 hours in a Wikipedia page about Henry VIII's fifth wife who was also the cousin of his 2nd wife, which both got beheaded...(which may or may not be speaking from personal experience ^^;; ) Anyway, I just trail off and find the weirdest stuff.

Word of advise: make a bookmark folder on your browser, bookmark web pages that sound "interesting" (Bookmark an archive of it, just it case), and go through that folder sometime when you have 10-20 minutes to waste.
Saves on a lot of time.
