Looking for this romance manga I read a long time ago

I’ve been looking on the internet for it once in a while for about a year now and I really want to reread this manga because I remember finding it cute, but I lost the bookmark to it after I got a new phone, so my memory of this might be off.
I remember the cover being of the girl and guy standing on a cliff and there was a windmill behind them.
I believe it was about a girl working on a plane or she worked on planes/automobiles as a job and she was in a relationship with this guy who always wore one of those Japanese masks. I think the mask was actually his face. It looked like the Kabuki mask, kind of. He also wears a jacket with fur around the hood. The girl was dressed simply, and I remember her riding a bike to the workshop.
There was never a true English translation to it as far as I could tell, you could only find it online on mangago or something like that.
I’m pretty sure it’s at least 10-15 years old, too.
The art wasn’t your typical romance manga style, either. I can’t thinking of how to describe it right at this moment in time.
I think the girl was a bit serious, but she was also kind of sweet to the guy. The guy was the dumb and clingy type, but it was cute.
There’s not much else I can remember since it’s been a while. Sorry it’s so vague.
Thanks ahead of time if you happen to find the title of whatever I’m talking about, haha.

Could it be Owari to Hajimari no Miles? The cover's kinda different from your description but the story is similar. (:
