There was a shoujo manga I read about a girl who was sort of nerdy. She had long, straight black hair and I think she wore glasses too. If I remember correctly, she wanted to make guys fall in love with her or turn more girly (?) and to do this she asked this "delinquent" guy to help her. I think this was a oneshot.

There was a scene where the guy accidentally stumbled on her changing or something and he ends up seeing her bra. The guy also is actually pretty sweet and falls in love with her.

Also I think the girl was pretty short and the guy was relatively tall.

If anybody can tell me any manga that kind of relates to the stuff I described above, that would be really great..
