I actually recently done reading this manga :Gokuraku Seishun Hockey Bu
Andd I really like this manga theme because it's not too point on romance all elements are balanced

Most important thing is the FL is really look not interested on romance and ML the one who pursue her which is kinda new concept to mee
After reading most of manga where the FL alway and easy to fall in love
I just can say that this manga just nice and reading it totally worth of ur time

So my question are is there any similar manga like this?

Haven't read Gokuraku Seishun Hockey Bu so I don't know how "slow" the romance progresses there, but Kusuriya no Hitorigoto sounds up your alley.

The romance plot plays out secondary to the main plot and only gets development once every few chapters, to the point that there's not even a romance tag on the description page. But the disinterested FL/pursuing ML dynamic is definitely there, and the manga is worth reading even if you only get small glimpses of it. (having read the LN I can also tell you there will be significant developments coming up soon)
