I'm now taking in typesetters and full editors. Typesetters get 2:1 in exchange (1 page tled per 2 typeset), and full editors get 2:3 in exchange (3 pages tled per 2 edited - eh, it's technically 1:1.5 [mag scans is 1:2]).

I AM still taking in sole-cleaners. So... yea...

Typesetters must be experienced, have FLAIR and STYLE and ORIGINALITY when it comes to typesetting. No fail typesetters! No newbies, because this is one position I'm also very strict about.

Okay, hi.

I'm sick of looking for cleaners while having so many translators (over 25 to be exact), so I had a talk with my translators and we came up with an idea.

We are willing to trade TRANSLATIONS for CLEANS. So if you can clean, please consider messaging me. ^^;

My translators are all accurate & quite good (I tested them myself, of course), but so you know you can trust them, since I realize not many of you would like to take my word for it, you can feel quite free to test them yourself. I can get anything translated for you - Japanese (furigana or no furigana), Korean, and/or Chinese (simplified or traditional). The translators will be willing to do any genre - seinen, shounen, shoujo, josei, hentai, yaoi, yuri, ecchi, smut, etc etc... DOES NOT MATTER. 90% of my translators have no limitations, but unfortunately, the other 10% have a few limitations (only a few, but they're not that extreme - just like one won't do any ecchi or hentai). So we will assign you a translator that fits your needs, so you've no need to worry.

I only want experienced cleaners that are good with dust checking, redrawing, and other cleaning stuff. If you are a newbie or not experienced enough, don't bother applying. I only want good cleaners. I will be testing you to see how experienced you are.

Depending on your cleaning pace, I will be willing to higher the amount of pages translated. But averagely, chapter cleaned = chapter translated (same amount of pages). ;P That number can go up and down depending on other factors (will be discussed once contacted).

You will be using tanko raws most of the time (scanned by yours truly), but sometimes you will be using magazine scans. Now, 90% of the magazine scans we will be using will be from Deluxe Magazines, so the paper isn't bad at all (sample: click) and it's not that hard to work with compared to most mag raws. However, it will still be harder than tanko. For magazine cleans, I am willing to offer more. So if you clean 30 pages, we will compensate you with 40 translated pages.

Most of the stuff you'll be working with I have personally scanned, so there are no guttershadows and are of good quality & size. I scan color pages @ 600 dpi, and b/w @ 300 dpi. ^^ Good sizes, don't worry about working with LQ raws. We, in return, expect good quality cleans.

We have the right to reject any cleans and work from you. If you hand in a half-assed chapter, don't expect us to give you translations for that. We can reject you, and will reject you if necessary. We will not use your cleans if rejected, nor compensate you.

You CAN have limitations when it comes too cleaning, but don't expect you to give me as much liberty as I give my other cleaners - meaning, you gotta be SOMEWHAT flexible on what projects you can do. Don't expect me to favor you on project X, or give you the choice of picking from Project Y and Z. o_x; Don't be too picky. ~~ I mean, sure, if you say "no ecchi", fine, I won't give you ecchi. But if you say "I only like ecchis with comedy that are harems and are romance and the characters are not dumb" etc etc, then... again... >>; Be a tadddd more flexible than that please. xD;

P.S: If you want translations but lack the cleaning abilities to work for me, never worry. My translators are willing to take IRL commissions too - not just for manga, but they were willing to translate non-manga stuff too (light novels, etc). However, it might cost you from 10 to 40$ USD per chapter, depending on the translator. All profits go to them. I am only here as a shameless ad for them, here at the bottom of this post. If you are interested in commissioning, again, send me a message, and I will give you the contact info of a free translator.

I learned my cleaning from Poetic of sakurahana half a year or so ago. I practiced by myself after picking up the basics.

I hardly consider my requirements "lax". You will be surprised when you find out how strict and anal I am, and how many cleaners most would consider "good" I've rejected.
