I use plain old internet explorer.

It's being a pain in the ass recently. It keeps on kicking me off for no apparent reason >:-( Or maybe that might be my computer. I don't know, probably. Anyway, I've used firefox before, and I liked it. Shame I can't be downloading it onto my PC though. With 1.92 GB left on a 40GB memory, I need all the space I can get 🤣

I use Firefox although for 6 years years I used Internet Explorer.
It crashes on my sometimes...maybe because I listen to music, and have at least 3 windows in my screen and play games. Tsk. It still shouldn't do that to me. >__>;

I'm using firefox, but right now its really pissing me off, every time I close all my browser windows, the places i log-in are all logged out for some reason. Other then that Firefox is awesome.

I've always used Internet Explorer, and it works fine and dandy for me. Firefox is getting a lot of attention these days, but IE has never given me any problems, and I know exactly how to use it, so why switch? Plus, every time I try to use Firefox on someone else's computer, it gives me problems (quits unexpectedly, has other errors, can't get it to do what I want); seems like it's more for right-brained people, too, and more user-friendly to people just starting to use computers (kind of like Macs, and they give me the same problems too). Maybe I'm just not using it properly, but in that case, it means the proper use is counter-intuitive, so I'm not going to go through the hassle of learning to use it. I don't envision me using anything other than IE.

Opera is the one and only true browser. I wish it were better optimised with Fedora.

i started using safari today, i am gonna test it out for a couple days and decide if i like it, but for now, it looks great, better than firefox, imo.

Oh god how wrong I was.

Anyways, I use Firefox because of how much you can do with it, i also have Chrome and Opera downloaded for quick browsing.

Basically, Firefox for the long hauls, and Opera/Chrome for looking things up quickly, like a game guide or something.

I use IE, and I've never had a problem with it, or found anything lacking. Then again, I have little experience with other browsers, but why change it if I don't need to?

Polite bump.

Opera, ftw.

And to all those people that say they use IE and haven't encountered any problems should still change to Opera as well. I was like you, you see. 😮 But I saw the light and changed. Please, do heed my words. D':

MU somehow breaks when i use Opera. In relation to the topic, how good is Chrome compared to Firefox?

Opera works fine with MU for me. I've not used chrome in a while now, I used it when it first came out, but its auto-updates somehow kept on making it worse so I stopped.

Opera at home, Chrome at work. When Google comes out with Chrome for Macs, I'll probably switch. I've used Opera for years but the mouse gestures are fairly useless to me since I don't use a mouse much anymore and the long startup time is annoying. It's also been a little unstable for me; not that surprising since I have at least 5 tabs up all the time but annoying nevertheless.
