**Help Find a Manga: can't remember the title!! ** 😢

I'm trying to find the name of a manga I read about 4 years ago in middle school.
It was a black-and-white horror manga about a young, sickly girl who lives with either her aunt and uncle or some relative/family friend couple who are taking care of her because her parents died (I think?). She doesn't eat much or talk, if I'm remembering correctly, and I'm pretty sure there's this whole thing where her uncle thinks she should be in a mental hospital because she can see ghosts and no one believes her. Thinking back on it, I genuinely cannot remember if she sees ghosts or hears voices or what, but something about her is weird, so uncle thinks, "mental institution! Yeah! 😃"
I don't remember the specifics of what happens, but there's this guy the girl knows who I'm pretty sure the aunt and uncle know exist and think she's dating or something, (I can't remember but I'm pretty sure there's small hints of him being a love interest lmao) but he's actually a demon/ghost thing who follows her around and tries to take care of her.
Long story short, she finds this creepy cemetery/church place in the woods and for some reason, she goes inside and these weird spider things with creepy faces (I think they claim to be gods/angels) make her sign this contract where she has to collect them souls or lose her own. And also she gets this cute little familiar thing that follows her around and I think its like the secretary for the god things?? (or their subordinate, kind of like Mushu in Mulan 😛) So her and the demon/ghost boy have to go around figuring out how to put ghosts/spirits to rest in order to gain souls and fulfill the contract.
I remember three specific souls/stories they reap:

1. one where they go to this empress/queen world where everything seems perfect at first but then its revealed that the empress is taking the most beautiful girls in the kingdom and directing them and taking her favorite part of their bodies to make into the perfect body for herself. She sees the mc and falls in love with her eyes, and tries to take them but fails for some reason.
2. Another ghost they put to rest is this woman who is drowning little boys in a lake for some reason.
3. And the last one I can remember was when the mc has to put this teen girl to rest who I'm pretty sure is her friend from when they were younger (?) who has this razor that she kills her bullies with, and in the end, she kills herself with the razor I think??

I don't remember the smaller details that well, but I've been looking for the manga for a while and can't find it anywhere. From what I can remember, it was pretty good, and if anyone recognizes any of these details I would really appreciate it!!! 😁 😁 😁
