try eroscomix.com. They translate a lot of hentai. They've also got a alot of original stuff and some European stuff.
As far as buying this stuff at a store. There's always Heavy Metal magazine. Not as porn-tastic as it used to be, but it still rocks hard. Might want to try your local comic book store. You might get lucky and they might have some hentai in stock. If all else fails there's always the adult shops. They will have it in stock. 🤣
