Searching through my lists, I found a lot of yaoi that had Kings/Princes in them... however, most of them don't kidnap their uke's.... Here are a few I found that kind of fits...
Garasu no Suna - he doesn't really get kidnapped, but he is held as a prisoner... and I don't want to spoil too much, but the seme is no longer royalty due to some things.... [Warning! This manga contains rape]
Tsuki to Yabanjin - this is kind of what you are looking for. The seme isn't a king, however he is royalty.... even though this manga isn't EXACTLY what you were wanting... if you haven't read it then you must... it is REALLLLLLY good!
I am not sure how you feel about yaoi novels, but Eternal Love fits your description perfectly. I read this one online and loved it so much I bought it! So, if you are okay with novel's, this one would be a great one! Also, this is the ONLY one that actually had a king in it lol well, he is a sheik and that is the same thing ^.^
