Anyone know a manga where a experience 2 people or 2 groups try to kill each other(using guns), but its hard because they are both on the same intelligence levels?

For example
A sniper going against another sniper in a war, there needs to be strategy to kill the enemy
A SWAT team against a terrorist group, (the Swat team needs to think for themselves, not being ordered around)

A more modern setting would be best, but anything else is ok

Duds Hunt has a similar vibe, I think.

hmm....i'd say CAT but CAT herself doesn't use guns, but everyone else does though, but still this might not work
