In most yaoi series, the penetration isn't explicitly drawn. Instead, penises often take the form of shafts of light or scenes are used where the characters are posed in a way that implies actions but nothing is really shown. If most yaoi instead had the penis drawn in detail and was shown penetrating, and no other elements of the story and characters was changed, would you still be a yaoi reader, or would the graphic depictions have initially scared you off?
