Chose Character Growth~.
Second choices would be strong female and male lead.
Because if characters don't grow...if they don't learn, the plot won't progress at all...and then would it really be worth reading? Nope, at least in my opinion it wouldn't be.

I love age gap, but only of the "older female" variety (be it straight romance or yuri).
Runner up is strong female lead followed by strong male lead. The everyman character is good if done well, but I much prefer a character that is competent at the start of the series rather than a promise of being competency which may or may not happen.

Character growth. I'm a sucker for a good story about an underdog getting stronger and winning the tournament against all odds.
Incidentally, rape is also an important category, but not because I enjoy it. I NEED to know if a story has it at some point, despite spoiling it, so I can mentally prepare for its eventuality or outright avoid it. There have been series that I could not return to for years after a character that I liked became a victim of it. I'll never tell a writer how to write their story (outside of grammar correction), but I appreciate it if I get a least a warning for this one.

I don't really specifically gravitate towards any of these, but... I guess the one I would gravitate towards more than any of the others is "character growth"... even though I don't feel like it's necessarily essential for a manga's story to be good.

Of course character growth is important; central for any story you know but there is a lack of strong female leads so I voted for that. It is few and far between compared to male leads.
As for the "rape" option...........of all the options that could have been included that's gotta be a troll option.

This poll seems very random mmm...

Adapted to Anime
Nothing says "this manga is of at least passable quality" like people willing to spend time and money to adapt it into a different media.
From the unlisted - Borderline H takes the top. Those stories don't deteriorate into pointless fanservice - they have decent plot, too, and don't resort to kindergarten level of romance.
Character growth is far too subjective, and Strong Female lead besides that is too ambiguous.
