think it was a drama/romance manga can't remember much but i think one of the guys moved away with his father and left his mother with his "retarded" (sry don't know what it's called in english) sister at young age. he visits them when he's in high school after a chat with the main heroine. he carries his sister at some time to on the back up some stairs i belive.

know it's not the most detailed summary but hope u have any idea which manga it was. 🙂

I get a feeling it's I.S, the main guy (who has a sister and mother) is the main character's love interest right?
