Sometimes I don't wanna read about some slut with giant tits getting covered in man juice for my hentai hour. It's low and dirty.
Is there a type of manga where sex is important and big in it, but there's also some love involved? Like the guy and girl actually love each other, and the girl is inexperienced/innocent (maybe the guy too..?)
Sort of like shoujo smut except my only complaint is that there's not enough detail with the sex. Shoujo smut doesn't even show many parts, or even semen. If it could be like shoujo smut, with the detail of hentai, that'd be perfect. The romance doesn't have to be anything spectacular or deep, just as long as it's not some slutty woman with tits busting out of her shirt, ready to be pounced at any moment.
A guy and a girl love each other, and explore in vanilla sex, that's depicted graphically. Shoujo skips all the detail, really. I'm not a boob guy, so yeah, a lot of hentai is a turn-off.
No lolicon or incest. Teenage girl is okay, I suppose, but no child-likeness.
Some dirtiness is okay, but she has to be devoted to one guy, and love him. There should be no 'hmm, he looks big, I bet he'd be a nice summer fling. Lemme go grind up against him' The guy can be whatever. Dominant preferred, but submissive is welcomed sometimes too.
Is there any genre for this? I don't know what to search for. I just want a hentai where the sex is pure and with love. Not a bunch of sluts.

What you're describing is just straight-sex hentai.
It has no particular "genre" as far as I know of.

You would simply have to search and sift through a multitude of scenarios because even some mangakas will have a change in their usual genre. Some scanlators will give you a synopsis of their translations.
Harumi Chihiro has a lot of vanilla in her work which involves genital censorship but still meets your criteria like Cutie Lips.
Works that are light on censoring:
tosh has stories that usually involve more than one girl in Menkui! (tosh), while offering the feelings of deep love and being very comedic. There's also a oneshot called Erotical Match.
Dr.P seems to be the most consistent to your requirements and almost never charting other genres expect for one doujinshi. While I have never read that doujinshi I was already under the impression it dealt with rape and/or some form of torture as it was scanlated by "Little White Butterflies." All the stories are stand-alone chapters with cameos from previous chapters.
If you want something longer than 1-3 chapters, try Enomoto Heights' only work Yanagida-kun to Mizuno-san. It's not completely scanlated yet, but you can read it without any concerns for cliffhangers at his point.
